Return policy

we you get a damage product you must notify us in 24 hours about it and we will replace it.

Replacing for a different product is passable; we will charge only the extra shipping cost

Returning unused good product can be done with the refund minus the shipping cost and subject to 15% restocking charge.

Custom orders return are subject for 30% restocking charge.

Safety & use

The product is heavy and need to use with extra care

The product needs to stand in a stable and safe place

Turning need to done with care and not to fast

On the natural stone it is recommended not to put too hot plates same as you use your granite counter.
